Requirements
The Candidate should possess the following:

• Bsc/HND in Banking and Finance Accounting or Social Sciences
• Professional Qualification on and Masters Degree wilt be an added advantage.
• Must possess good credit and analytical skills, good interpersonal skills, good team spirit and ability to work under pressure.
• Minimum of 7 - 10 years experience in the Banking environment.

• Sound ethics and integrity, strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good leadership and managerial skills
• Knowledge and passion for micro/small and medium scale enterprises
